Composition
1 coated tablet contains 50 mg Diphenhydramine-hydrochloride

Properties and machanism of action
The active substance Diphenhydramin-hydrochloride has antiallergic action and is used as sleeping tablet for the treatment of disorders in falling asleep and sleeping through.

Indications
Calmaben is a sleeping tablet for the short time treatment of difficulties in getting to sleep and sleeping through

Dosage
1 coated tablet 30 minutes before going to sleep with sufficient alcohole free liquid.
Don`t take more than 1 coated tablet at once

Contraindication
Children below 12 years of age
Hypersensitivity to diphenhydramine-hydrochloride and to other antihistamines or any other component of the drug, acute asthma attack, phaeochromocytoma, narrow-angle glaucoma, enlargement of the prostate with the formation of residual urine, convulsive disorder (epilepsy), inborn long QT syndrome, bradycardia, cardiac irregularity, co-administration of drugs that can prolong the QT interval in the ECG like class Ia and III anti-arrhythmics, hypomagnesaemia, hypokalaemia, concurrent use of mono-amino oxidase inhibitors or alcohole

Pregnancy and lactation
Calmaben must not be taken during pregnancy and lactation
