When do you use Neo Emedyl, and what does Neo Emedyl do?

Neo Emedyl Dragées are used for prevention and treatment of motion sickness (dizziness, nausea and vomiting from sea, air, rail, bus and road trips).

Active ingredient

1 coated tablet contains 50 mg of dimenhydrinate and 50 mg of caffeine.

Dimenhydrinate acts directly on the vomiting centre to alleviate nausea.

Caffeine counteracts the calming effect of dimenhydrinate and improves performance.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older take 1 dragée 30 minutes before the start of the trip, then 1 more dragée every 4 to 6 hours.

The maximum daily dose of 6 dragées must not be exceeded.
